• REC programme – 2018 calls for proposals:

Three projects were selected following the call for proposals on capacity-building in the area of rights of the child - putting in place robust national or regional integrated mechanisms to support children ageing out of/leaving alternative care:

1. Supports: Supporting Children in the delicate phase between adolescence and adulthood while leaving alternative care facilities;
2. Wings4Youth: Support for young people leaving care through a multi-sectoral approach: an integrated model of support for the strengthening of the care system in Romania and Bulgaria; and
3. Caring: Empowering Child Care Systems and Supporting Leaving Care from Inside

The following projects were selected following the call for proposals to improve the inclusion of mobile EU citizens and their political and societal participation and to support and enhance the democratic participation of mobile EU citizens, particularly in underrepresented groups:

1. TC2019: Transeuropa Caravans 2019: the roads to European democracy;
2. EnVision: EffectiVe Social Integration Of mobile EU citizeNs;
3. EMY: Empowerment of Mobile Youth in the EU; and
4. EUReKA: A Key Access to EU Rights.

News on the closed 2018 DAPHNE call on preventing and combating gender-based violence and violence against children:

213 proposals are being evaluated, as follows: 

priority 1 – 95 proposals; 

priority 2 – 46 proposals;

priority 3 – 19 proposals;

priority 4 – 26 proposals;

priority 5 – 27 proposals.

Number of inadmissible/ineligible proposals: 5

Number of withdrawn proposals: 1 

Applicants should be informed of the results of the evaluation via the funding & tenders portal by the end of April 2019.

• Justice programme – 2018 calls for proposals:

The following projects were selected following the restricted call to members of the European Judicial Network in civil and commercial matters and to national authorities, courts and professional associations:

1. A strong Belgian EJN: A strong Belgian EJN for an optimal EU awareness of Belgian judges
2. CB and RA – PT: Capacity‑Building and Research Activities for judges and legal PracTitioners;
3. CLUE : Connaître la législation de l’Union européenne par le RJECC;
4. CRONET-EJN: Establishing and strengthening a Croatian national network under the EJN in civil and commercial matters;
5. Civil law matters – development of the national judicial network in civil law matters with focus on practical operation of EU law;
6. FIN2018: Strengthening of the Finnish National Network; and
7. Network EU civil law: strengthening the Dutch expert group on EU civil law.
