Currently, six generations live together in our society and in some companies up to 4 generations can work together at the same time. During the event, local expert Andrea Princz presented the characteristics of the six generations and the differences between them in her excellent presentation, which was followed by a special panel discussion with female leaders of different generations who shared their own experiences of working in a multigenerational environment.
