During the breakout session on 'Combating antisemitism and hate speech on social media', Katharina von Schnurbein presented the Commission's pledge to address antisemitism online with strong legislation, a network of trusted flaggers to remove illegal hate speech and fact checkers to address conspiracy and disinformation. The Commission is determined to responsibilise platforms and prosecute online haters.
