Catalogue of Services Webinar

The ISA² Programme is organising a webinar as part of its "Catalogue of Services" action. The action covers:

• A feasibility study on the modelling of the processes for delivering public services;
• The modelling of proactive services;
• A European taxonomy for generic public services;
• The change management of the CPSV-AP and of its tools;
• APIs for catalogues of services based on CPSV-AP; and
• An architecture for public service chatbots.

The first webinar of 2019 organised by the "Catalogue of public services" action will take place on 6 February from 9:30 to 11:30 CET (GMT+1).

Objectives

To continue the discussions held during the previous webinar last September and the workshop last June, the objectives for the webinar will be to:

• Present the overall objectives of the action for 2019 and the contributions expected from this Working Group;
• Discuss the contributions received prior to the webinar and the propositions prepared; and
• Present briefly the issues opened on GitHub for changing CPSV-AP.
