The European Commission published a new Web app with a collection of more than 500 EU funded projects.
In the terms of the agreement, the Commission will host a central service of the eDelivery network – the Service Metadata Locator - which allows participants in the network to dynamically locate each other across Europe.
On 5 May, the ISA Programme of the European Commission is organising its annual conference on Semantic Interoperability for e-Government, together with the Latvian Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Last year's conference attracted some 200 participants from more than 30 countries.
The 10-point document focuses on the procurement of open source software and the Commission's services contribution to open source software projects. The strategy also provides for more of the software developed within the Commission to be published as open source.
