The European Institutions are looking for IT experts

The EPSO competition for Information and Communication Technology Experts (AD7) is open for applications until 10th of January, 2017.

Experts are needed in the following fields, from which you must choose one:

 

  1. Data Analysis and IT Service
  2. Digital Workplace, Office Automation and Mobile Computing
  3. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
  4. ICT Security
  5. IT Infrastructure
  6. IT Portfolio/Programme Management and Enterprise Architecture

Your duties:

As an Information and Communication Technology Expert, you will be expected, as part of a team, to carry out a variety of challenging duties, according to the field chosen. These include being responsible for keeping ICT services up and running; translating business needs into ICT solutions; defining, proposing and implementing new ICT strategies; participating in committees and meetings as a technical specialist/expert; preparing briefings, reports and presentations.

For the position, you should be willing to work in Luxembourg or Brussels however most posts will be based in Luxembourg.

 

Important:

Due to the sensitive information handled, you will be required to undergo security clearance and this application for clearance for access to classified information will be part of the recruitment procedure.
