Lunchtime seminar on Trafficking in human beings: Results and challenges

HOME's D5 team working against trafficking in human beings will present the EU picture based on the 2020 progress report of the European Commission in fighting the criminal phenomenon, including areas of concern, latest EU-wide data on victims and traffickers, actions and initiatives and next steps.

 
Newcomers Welcome Session

Taking place online via Teams, the session will provide invited newcomers with an overview of HOME's different units and policies, covering Borders and Schengen, Migration and asylum, Security, Fight against cybercrime, Management and control of Home affairs Funds, HOME’s HRBC Team and AMC5 Team.

Next edition of the Holocaust Remembrance Day

The European Commission will commemorate the International Holocaust Day on 27 January 2016 in its Berlaymont headquarters. For this 5th edition event, the European Commission is expected to welcome an exhibition entitled "Roma Memory" on the history of Roma persecution and extermination during the Second World War and the persistent discrimination against the Roma today.
