Updated TARIC document for EUDR published

Dear subscribers, 

We are pleased to inform you that the updated TARIC document for the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) has been published on the Commission’s website.

In the updated document, importers and exporters of EUDR-relevant products will find the TARIC document codes to be declared in the customs declaration in different cases including (but not limited to):

• In case of simplified declaration
• Export by downstream operators (exemption code) 
• Re-import of products which were previously covered by a due diligence statement or a simplified declaration.
• Re-import or export of products placed on the market during the transitional period.
• Used, second-hand and waste products.
• Samples of products and products which are to undergo analysis, examination or tests.
• Packing materials and packing containers (under specific conditions).
• Products used in the manufacturing of medicinal products.

Please do not hesitate to disseminate the information to your own members (for Member Organisations).
