The 15th Citizens Energy Forum will focus on middle and low income consumers and on solutions that they can access or put in place. Active on-site participation will be facilitated through interactive polls, citizen testimonies, hands-on informative and inspiring examples of consumer actions, and lively discussions in break out groups. 

The event will be live web streamed, and the on-line audience will also be able to engage. 

The Forum addresses mainly citizens’ interest groups, a wide range of stakeholders including NGOs, businesses, as well as policy makers (ministries and regulators) on energy consumer issues in the context of the post energy crisis, including their role, related opportunities and risks in the electricity market design of the future.
