If you are an EU national living in a different EU country when you sign an initiative, your signature is counted in the country of your nationality. For instance, if you’re a Lithuanian living in Ireland, your signature will be counted in Lithuania. EU citizens living outside the EU are also welcome to support initiatives – the same rule applies.
