The Commission takes note of the judgment from the Court of Justice dismissing the appeal of Pirelli against the judgment of the General Court and entirely confirming the Commission Decision of 12 July 2018 imposing a fine for Pirelli’s participation in the Power Cables cartel.
The Commission will carefully examine this judgment.
