COMPETITION - Case C-403/18 P - Alcogroup and Alcodis vs. European Commission

The Commission takes note of the judgement by the European Court of Justice (ECJ) on the appeal from Alcogroup in the context of the Bioethanol and Ethanol benchmarks cases. The Court of Justice rejects the appeal brought by Alcogroup and Alcodis and thereby confirms that the Commission did not have to end or suspend its investigation because of the issues raised by the company during the inspection.
