Open public consultation on the European Climate Pact

The European Green Deal sets out how to make Europe the first climate-neutral continent by 2050. Alongside government policies and regulation, there is a role to play for citizens, communities and organisations in all sectors of our society and economy.

date:  20/05/2020

To this end, the European Climate Pact aims to give citizens and stakeholders a voice and role in designing new climate actions, sharing information, launching grassroots activities and showcasing solutions that others can follow. The inputs from the open public consultation will be used to shape the Pact ahead of its launch. The consultation is open until 17 June 2020.

Alongside the online consultation, we would like to offer an opportunity to discuss the Pact more freely during an interactive webinar on 15 June at 13:30-15:30 CET. The webinar is targeted in particular at organisations and networks (formal and informal) interested in learning more about the Pact, and how we can work together. We look forward to discussing with you! Please register HERE.

After the closing of the online consultation, we will organise another webinar for everyone who has responded to the consultation and would like to continue to share ideas and information, and explore opportunities for further cooperation.
