Climate Pact teams up with TEDxBrussels

On 14 November, the European Climate Pact and TEDxBrussels came together to shine a light on climate change at the Countdown 2023 event. In the amazing setting of the Dinosaur Gallery in Brussels’ Museum of Natural Sciences, participants were encouraged to devise climate solutions and commitments – both in terms of ‘footprint actions’ (reducing emissions) and ‘handshake actions’ (spreading the word).

European Commission launches clean transition dialogues

In her 2023 State of the Union address, President Ursula von der Leyen announced a series of clean transition dialogues with the industry to support its decarbonisation. The first meeting was devoted to the topic of hydrogen, given its central role to play in the transition to climate neutrality.
