Black Sea Young Ambassadors are young early career ocean professionals who come from different backgrounds in marine and maritime research, industry, policy, environmental NGO and either in educational programmes or in the early stages of their carrier.

17 young ambassadors from 7 Black Sea riparian countries come together with a common vision for productive, healthy, resilient, sustainable and better-valued Black Sea under the umbrella of EU funded Black Sea CONNECT CSA. Since September 2020, they conduct activities to raise awareness of this unique sea.
