Seanergy, an international leading event on offshore wind and marine renewable energy, originally scheduled for June 2020, will be held on 8-11 June 2021.

The European Commission launched the 6th edition of the European Natura 2000 Award. The new edition includes a new category for Marine conservation to put more focus on the conservation of marine and coastal areas. Applicants can apply to the Award until September 30.

On 14 April 2021, the Polish Government (council of Ministers) adopted a regulation on the Polish spatial development plan for internal sea waters, the territorial sea and the exclusive economic zone.
