Polish Maritime Spatial Plan enters into force

On 14 April 2021, the Polish Government (council of Ministers) adopted a regulation on the Polish spatial development plan for internal sea waters, the territorial sea and the exclusive economic zone. European Council Conclusions on a sustainable blue economy

The Council approved conclusions on a sustainable blue economy, which is based on four pillars: healthy oceans, knowledge, prosperity and social equity. The conclusions underline the need for an efficient ocean governance built on a sustainable blue economy.
