The registration is now open for the Sharing & Reuse Conference 2019! The event is organised by the European Commission’s ISA² Programme, under the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the EU. If you are interested in open source policies and strategies, and their implementation in EU countries, come and join us on 11 June in Bucharest, Romania.
The second edition of the Sharing & Reuse Conference will gather representatives of the public and private sector such as policy and decision makers, legal professionals, procurers, IT managers, developers and open source enthusiasts. They will talk about their experience, challenges, and best practices in sharing and reusing software and IT services within public administrations.
The participants will have the opportunity to explore the ways of building and supporting open source communities and increasing the take-up of best solutions. The event will also address trends such as coding with citizens, co-creation or new approaches to open source security. We will announce the full agenda soon.

During the conference, the European Commission will announce the winners of the Sharing & Reuse Awards 2019. This contest for European public administrations aims at rewarding the most innovative and impactful IT solutions. Representatives of 16 shortlisted solutions will also present their work at the conference.
