IMPORTANT: There are 2 Crowne Plaza Hotels in Brussels: one in the city centre, where the ISA² conference is held, and the other near the airport.

By train from Brussels Airport to the Crowne Plaza Hotel – Le Palace

Take a train from Brussels National Airport station to Brussels North station.
The airport train station is located below the terminal (basement level -1).
There are up to six trains every hour between the airport and Brussels North, Brussels Central and Brussels Midistations. There is a train every 10 minutes in the direction Oostende, De Panne, Mons, Bruges or Brussels Midi according to the schedule.
The train ticket costs EUR 17 for a round trip in second class. You can book your ticket in advance on the Belgian rail website (http://www.belgianrail.be/en/Default.aspx) or directly at the station. Keep your train ticket handy upon arrival at Brussels Airport. You will need to scan it at the automated access gates.
From Brussels North, you just have to walk 750 m to the Crowne Plaza Hotel. As you can see on the map below, it will take you around nine minutes.

By train from Brussels Midi train station to the Crowne Plaza Hotel – Le Palace

Take a train from Brussels Midi/South station to Brussels North station.
There is a train every four minutes in the direction Basel, Turnhout, Termonde, Liège Guillemins, according to the schedule. The train ticket costs EUR 2 in second class and you can book your ticket in advance on the Belgian rail website or directly at the station.
From Brussels North, you just have to walk 750 m to the Crowne Plaza Hotel. As you can see from the map above, it will take you around nine minutes.
