HERE ARE SOME GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS 

regarding accessing and using the Adobe Connect platform:

 

1. Make sure that you have a good internet connection. 

2. We strongly recommend that you log on to Explorer Browser (to avoid additional plug-in downloads) 

3. The session will run on the Adobe Connect platform. Open the link to the Webinar Room in advance (around 10 minutes), so - in case necessary - you have time to install the Adobe Flash Player 10.3. go to: http://na1cps.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm  (copy and paste it into web browser) to check your settings. 

 

The Webinar will last about 60 minutes, including a Q&A session at the end.

 

QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PRESENTATION

 

• Please reserve questions regarding the presentation for when the speaker has finished.  

• You can write your comments or ask your questions using the chat box and your contributions will be addressed by the presenter. 

• There will be a discussion round after the presentation.
