ISA² - Interoperability solutions for public administrations, businesses and citizens

Seminar Reporting Standards

The Dutch public and private organizations that use the Standard Business Reporting community organize an international seminar in order to explore the benefits of data standardization initiatives, like Standard Business Reporting, in Europe. What are the best practices on digital reporting in the different countries? What role does standardization play and what are the expectations, of involved parties, for the coming decade. Most of all, how do we make sure the society, especially businesses, will gain from the promises of standardization in a digital Europe?

Reason International seminar

In October 2017 European Member States advised the European Commission to further explore Standard Business Reporting (SBR) to make company data comparable, transparent and digitally accessible to reduce administrative burdens. The ministers in charge of eGovernment policy and coordination from the countries of the European Union have signed a declaration in Tallinn (Estland) about the development of eGovernment. This advice is given in relation to the implementation of the ESMA European Single Electronic Format.

The event is aimed at senior representatives of European member states and (supra-)national organizations who are responsible for policies related to external reporting, such as the Transparency Directive and related regulatory reporting. Senior representatives from businesses related to this topic are also very welcome.
