Catalogue of Services Webinar

As part of its action "Catalogue of Services", the ISA² Programme of the European Commission is working on different activities:

• A feasibility study on the modelling of the processes for delivering public services;
• The modelling of proactive services;
• A European taxonomy for generic public services;
• The change management of the CPSV-AP and of its tools;
• APIs for catalogues of services based on CPSV-AP; and
• An architecture for public service chatbots.

In this context, the second webinar of 2019 organised by the ISA² Action "Catalogue of public services" will take place on the 10th of April from 9:30 to 11:30 CET (GMT+1). To continue the discussions held during the previous webinar, the topics for the webinar will be to:

• Have one or two presentations from WG members that will enrich the topics of the webinar
• Discuss briefly the key findings and continuation of the following activities:
  • Feasibility study on the modelling of the processes for delivering public services
  • Analysis and modelling of proactive services
• Present briefly the proposed taxonomy, discuss the comments received and the use cases
• Present briefly the issues opened on GitHub for changing CPSV-AP

All the topics will also be tackled from the perspective of their integration with the Single Digital Gateway implementation plan.
