Our technology can recognize a particular person’s voice, monitor the occurrence of specific phrases in speech, and transcribe spoken word. It can even cope with the tough conditions of an extremely noisy environment.

What is the innovation

Phonexia and BISON consortium brought significant innovations in three areas: (1) basic speech data mining technologies, (2) business outcome mining from speech and (3) CC support systems integrating both speech and business outcome mining in user-friendly way.

Out of the lab. Into the market

We had to create the technology environment allowing the use of speech technologies in the real world. Since the laboratory tests and the real commercial usage is a different story, we had to work on the stability of the technology. Based on the interest from the commercial entities, we got a funding that allowed us to bring the technology on the market. We are offering these speech  technologies to the network of our partners that usually implement our product (speech technologies) into their solution.

Benefits of participation in the Framework Programme

The participation gave us the possibility to strengthen our portfolio of languages and the opportunity to adapt new innovative approaches for easier deployment of our technology. At the end, it helped us to double the revenues of our company. This innovation was funded via H2020 project BISON
