Could you please elaborate on the idea further? In view of the action already in the pipeline (see Action 17 of the eGovernment Action Plan), what do you think would still need to be done? What are the barriers to overcome?

The eGovernment Action Plan foresees, amongst others, supporting the development of a report and guidelines by the eHealth Network on citizens' electronic access to their health data.
