The Commission will finance up to 20 pilot projects that look at innovative ways to resolve or mitigate border obstacles/complexities.  All available information is posted here.

Collecting and analysing relevant cross-border data is vital for good decision-making. Here we exchange information on existing data, projects and initiatives in this field. 

Promoting ongoing and future eGovernment projects to engage the stakeholders of the border regions in order to deliver cross-border public services.

Promoting greater pooling of healthcare facilities, equipment and services at the border as well as facilitating mobility of patients and health professionals.

Access to reliable information and problem-solving services on life or work on the other side of the border. This platform provides the space to discuss developments and solutions.

Local public transportation across borders is still patchy in the EU. Here we discuss how this can be improved via cooperation among transport operators.  

Speaking the language of your neighbour is a great asset - it builds trust and understanding, it open employment doors.  Good practices are showcased here.

Labour mobility in cross-border region is highly desirable to increase growth and employment rates.  

Cross-border cooperation and the resolution of border issues requires a high degree of institutional cooperation.
