Cette édition de la Brochure des projets FEADER examine comment le financement des programmes de développement rural (PDR) – cofinancés par le FEADER – est mis à profit pour soutenir l’utilisation durable des ressources naturelles, en particulier l’eau et les sols.
Le concept d’efficacité des ressources repose sur l’idée de « consommer mieux avec moins ».
