As part of the European Social Economy Summit - Mannheim 2021, the European Commission and the ENRD co-organise this workshop on social inclusion. Rural areas face a number of challenges, in particular for ensuring access to services. The session will address how far rural social enterprises and social innovation can help overcoming the shortage of public investments and public service delivery in rural areas.
