Economic Forum

The 2013 Brussels Economic Forum is the 14th edition of this annual event which has become one of the key debate forums on economic matters at international level.

The first edition took place at a very symbolic time, in 2000, a year that marked the first anniversary of the introduction of the euro.

Since then, the BEF, as it is commonly known, has established itself as an event not to be missed that every year attracts more than a thousand participants and many media representatives from around the world.

The BEF always aims at being:

A platform for in-depth high-quality debate on economic, financial and societal issues with the objective to feed the shaping up of future action
Lively
A forum fostering dialogue and attracting contributions from different perspectives
