Lucia Granelli

Lucia Granelli has been part of the DG ECFIN unit working on global governance, IMF and G-groups issues since April 2019. Previously, she worked as economic analyst in DG ECFIN, monitoring, analysing and forecasting macroeconomic and budgetary developments in France (2014-2019).

Before joining DG ECFIN, Lucia Granelli worked at Universite’ catholique de Louvain (2009-2014) and at Bruegel, the Brussels European and Global Economic Laboratory (2010-2012).

Ms. Granelli has a PhD in Economics from Universite’ catholique de Louvain, a Master’s degree from Sapienza- Universita’ degli Studi di Roma and a Master in European Economy from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.

 

I am honoured to participate in the European Commission’s Annual Research Conference ‘Charting the European economy post Covid-19: unusual times require unconventional policies’; I strongly believe that best ideas come from great minds joining together.
