DescriptionThe Release 1.3 of the eIDAS sample implementation for Member States is an all-in-one package for the Java platform including binary distributions for Glassfish, JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere and the source code (Maven project). This release is based on version 1.1 of the eIDAS technical specifications and comes with several stability improvements, including: - Better alignment with the requirements coming from the eIDAS technical specifications (e.g. support for natural and the Legal person MDS representation, removal of the validation of the OneTimeUse and SubjectLocality attributes, etc.)
- Externalisation of configuration files for the eIDAS-Node, demo SP and demo IdP
This release also provides fixes for several bugs. Please consult the release notes for a more detailed description of the changes introduced with this release. Member States may adopt this version directly, or use it as a sample when testing other implementations of the technical specifications. With each release, the CEF DIGITAL eID Team is striving to improve users' CEF DIGITAL eID experience. The next version of the specifications will thus be further improved based on the feedback received on this current version.

| The testing tools (demo SP and demo IdP) should be used for demo purposes only. They are meant to be installed on your local machine to validate the correct installation of the eIDAS-Node, and should not be deployed in your infrastructure. |
