Technical Progress
Specifications: eDelivery AS4, SMP, BDXL, ebCore Party Id 2.0 Profiles
- Two sessions of the Interoperability Event took place on and with 3 products participating. Two issues identified so far that will be addressed in the specifications.
- As some products who registered for the event were not ready on time, a new session will be organised on and the specification adoption postponed for after the third session.
- Change request submitted to ETSI's electronic signature cryptography standard ETSI TS 119 312 to include EdDSA on the list of approved algorithms. This would increase Certification Authorities support for EdDSA. ETSI requires confirmation from SOG-IS.
- Further discussions started with ETSI with regard to aligning the next version of the ETSI framework with eDelivery AS4 2.0.
Software product: Domibus
- Domibus 5.1.5 was released on the .
- Domibus 5.0.9 is planned for the .
- Domibus 5.2 RC development work is ongoing in parallel, although hindered by the work required in the aforementioned releases.

- Minor corrections and improvements are being implemented and will be included in the next planned version.

- eDelivery AS4 1.15 profile enhancements conformance testing implementation:
- Implementation of test cases for the Dynamic Sender profile enhancement ongoing
- Ongoing support being provided to the SW vendors testing their AS4 solutions.
- Preparations for a patch release of the platform is ongoing, it will include the deployment of the PKI path and ENTSOG profile enhancements and several minor bug fixes.
- 2023.06.1 release initially planned for the , however due to a recently detected issue that must be fixed in this patch release, the release date will be redefined.

Incident Management
SMT - workload details
The volume of opened and closed SMT tickets is stable compared to the previous months. There was a work done on the backlog of tickets which is showed by the raise in the number of handled tickets. In May 2024, there were of questions from users on Docker, Domibus migration, AS4 connectivity test requests, conformance tests, requests to participate in the June 2024 Interoperability forum, PKI certificate requests, etc.
Email interaction
For eDelivery, received mails were related to:
- Requests for AS4 connectivity test with Scandesign, SHAOKE (Chinese logistics company), Gyptis
- Mails exchanges regarding the Interoperability event preparation and registration
- eDelivery conformance tests: SMP conformance testing on Minder for SierraLima6 (UK) Limited ongoing, AS4 conformance testing on GITB platform for Nsoftware
- Questions from users: CESOP connectivity troubleshooting with PT, Domibus (Domibus 5.1.3 error handling configuration issue, Domibus 5.1.2 retry mechanism, Docker and MySQL version, deletion of unsent messages, Domibus security profiles, FS plugin questions), SML/SMP (SMP/SMK certificate update/renewal), PKI certificates (CiXP, ECDB, DECIDE, BRIS, EUDAMED), TAPAS (ICS2 connectivity test assistance requests (re-directed to the National service desks), onboarding request forwarded to National Helpdesk), followup of issues raised to Oracle support)
- There was a total of 887 emails in the FMB. We have removed 63 emails for SML Inconsistency, 10 alerts, and 40 emails from PKI CommisSign from the count, which makes a total of 774 received mails for the reporting month.

In May 2024, 10 certificates were issued: 1 EPREL,1EUCEG,1 EUDAMED, 1 BRIS, 2 CiXP and 4 DECIDE.
