EU-Georgia: Clear mesaage of support for reforms and Association Agreement
Tbilisi (4 March) - Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Štefan Füle is in Tbilisi to stress EU's support for Georgia's reform efforts and its sovereign choice to sign the Association Agreement, including Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area, with the EU.
Commissioner Füle met with President George Margvelashvili, Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, Minister of Foreign Affairs Maja Panjikidze and number of government members. Later on he will speak publically about myths and benefits of the Association Agreement and meet also Patriarch of Georgia Ilia II. as well as members of the Parliament and the opposition.
