High Level Group on Wine formulates its conclusions

The High Level Group on wine planting rights, established last April at the request of European Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development Dacian Cioloş, has finished its work today. This group of experts, comprising representatives from the 27 Member States, from the sector, as well as observers from the Council, from the European Parliament and from Croatia, has drafted a report accompanied by conclusions.

Communication projects from Ireland, Poland, Romania and Hungary emerged as the main winners from the CAP@50 Communication Awards ceremony in Brussels this week, although all 12 of the nominated projects were given particular praise by the independent panel of judges which drafted the short-list for nominations.
Improving the functioning of the food supply chain

The High Level Forum for a Better Functioning Food Supply Chain, established in 2010, has presented its report.
It shows that around 80 % of the initiatives contained in the Forum's Roadmap have been satisfactorily implemented.
