Study supporting the evaluation of Decision 573/2014/EU on enhanced cooperation between Public Employment Services - PES

This study assesses the implementation of Decision 573/2014/EU establishing the Network of Public Employment Services (PES). It examines whether the PES Network has fulfilled its legal obligations and achieved its objectives. The study presents the findings, based on the five evaluation criteria: relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence and EU added value.
