MoveS seminar (France): The notion of ‘integration’ as a condition for migrant workers’ rights

The MoveS network (Free Movement and Social Security Coordination) organised a seminar in Paris (France) on 15 June 2018.

The seminar was organised by MoveS in collaboration with its French national expert, Sophie Robin-Olivier. MoveS is an EC-funded network of independent experts from 32 European countries coordinated by Eftheia and Deloitte.

The seminar looked back at regulation 1612/68 and considered the role played by the condition of integration (if any, possibly under different concepts) in the early days of the development of free movement of workers. A comparative approach (EU/national laws and workers/citizens/third country nationals) has been applied.
