About ISA Dashboard

The purpose of this website is to track the performance of the work programme in accordance with ISA long-term goals, including interoperability, reusing and sharing. The website was developed to inform the ISA unit and all action owners of each action's activities and achievements.

Indeed, Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E) is one of the stages in a programme cycle that is done before, during and after the programme implementation. This ensures that the different actions are carried out according to approved quality standards, within budget and on time. Furthermore, M&E checks that a project has achieved its preferred objectives and purposes. Thus, it involves systematic collection and analysis of information about events associated with the implementation of the actions.

About the Monitoring and Evaluation model

Relevance aims at evaluating the extent to which an intervention’s objectives are pertinent to needs, problems and issues to be addressed. Efficiency aims at evaluating the extent to which the desired effects are achieved at a reasonable cost. Availability is defined as the ability of a configuration item or IT service to perform its agreed function when required. Effectiveness describes the extent to which the objectives of an action have been achieved. Utility is defined as the extent to which effects correspond with the needs and problems to be addressed. Coherence corresponds to the extent to which an ISA action does not contradict other ISA actions with similar objectives.
