Contributions are particularly sought from representatives of Member States’ authorities, central securities depositories, account providers (credit institutions, investment firms, and others), issuers and investors (including consumers).

Period of consultation
From 05.11.2010 to 01.01.2011 - closed.
Due to many requests, we will take into account late answers coming in before 21.01.2011

Objective of the consultation
Obtaining advice from Member States, market participants and other stakeholders, in particular investors, on a certain number of principles, on which the Commission could base its future legislative proposals in order to improve the EU-wide legal framework for cross-border transfers of securities.
