The European Commission is assessing how the European Labour Authority (ELA) has performed in relation to its objectives and mandate since its establishment and to determine whether there is a need to amend its mandate.

The European Labour Authority (ELA) was established in 2019 to ensure the fair, simple and effective enforcement of EU labour mobility rules and social security coordination in the EU single market.

Who can participate?

All citizens, organisations and public authorities are encouraged to respond to this online consultation.

In particular, the consultation seeks to gather views from beneficiaries and users of the Authority’s services, as well as research organisations, academia, civil society organisations, and public authorities at national, regional and local levels.
