EaSI Technical Assistance - Gap Analysis and Planning Green Activities

The European Union offered the webinar to representatives from microfinance institutions (MFI) interested to learn and enhance their knowledge on concept of green finance activities and environmental performance assessment.

The final session of the webinar series on “Green Inclusive Finance” was aimed to be a valid extension to the second webinar session, building up an additional string of skills and knowledge to the Green Index topic and its assessment results, collected by the end of the webinar session  conducted on 2 November 2021.

To add value and create a wholesome output on the filled by all the participants Green Index Form, a one-to-one approach to each of the webinar attendant was a strong setting apart feature of this final webinar session.

Shared feedback and evaluation of the pre-filled Index Form, along with the benchmark on the average scores of the Index and a short survey of 5 to 10 questions were one of the most valued pieces of practical and applicable knowledge outlined in scope of this webinar session.

The collected feedback and the above approach mainly based on practicing inputs received from the previous session let speakers and moderators present a short gap analysis as well as to leave some feedback on planning green activities and evaluating the environmental performance of the MFIs.
