The event will present results from a systematic study, "EUPACK – European Public Administration Country Knowledge", of the traits of public administrations in all EU countries, related reforms and the role EU support plays in improving the quality of public institutions.

The seminar will bring together practitioners to take part in a discussion on how to make public sector reform happen in Europe. It will review what we have learned about improving the quality of public administrations and to discuss the possible avenues for future collaboration, with a focus on four topics:

  • capacity and performance in EU countries
  • steering change
  • digital technologies as paradigm changers
  • how the EU can help improve the quality of public administration

Due to high demand, the conference is now full.
