Just Transition Platform toolkits for practical guidance and inspiring examples

Just Transition Platform presents two toolkits for the Just Transition Fund (JTF) regions that address stakeholder involvement:
- Centring older people in regional transformation and
- Considering gender in regional transformations.
Moving away from fossil fuels will require the reskilling and upskilling of large workforces and building the resilience of the communities that support them. It will have a significant impact on families and households. The toolkits address the barriers for vulnerable groups like elderly people or women in the just transition context. They identify challenges and include strategies in numerous fields like labour, education, identity, finance and involvement in policy making.
