2021-2027 Technical seminars

As follow-up to the programming seminar of 5-6 March 2020, the European Commission is organising a technical webinar on horizontal enabling conditions under draft CPR 2021 - 2027 in the area of public procurement, state aid and in relation to the application of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The correct application of these conditions aims to ensure the effective and efficient use of Union support under all the eight Funds: the Cohesion Fund, the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund, the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Just Transition Fund, the Asylum and Migration Fund, the Border Management and Visa Instrument and the Internal Security Fund.

The key objective of the webinar is to provide qualitative information on the criteria necessary for the assessment of fulfilment of the horizontal enabling conditions, in line with Annex III to the Commission proposal for the CPR and amended by the text of the common provisional understanding agreed between the co-legislators.
