Marina Lombó, Regional Minister of Education and Vocational Training of the Government of Cantabria, was in charge of opening the event.

Our colleagues Romina Cachia and César Herrero presented the SELFIE tool and talked about how to implement a digital action plan. In addition, Isidro Maya and Daniel Holgado (University of Seville) presented the study "Network analysis for enhancing digital competencies in schools: the SELFIE project".
