Following the implementation of SELFIEforTEACHERS in Albania and North Macedonia in a representative sample of teachers of secondary education (general and VET) in each country, two national stakeholders' events were held to discuss the findings and take action (on 17 and 19 September in Albania and North Macedonia respectively) and two national events in each country to disseminate the results (on 6 and 13 November in Albania and North Macedonia respectively).

This report presents a multi-case qualitative research study on how to support teacher professional learning and development of their digital competence, through a self-reflection process using SELFIEforTEACHERS (SfT).

The SELFIEforTEACHERS tool has been adapted to support early childhood educators to reflect on how digital tools and technologies can enhance their professional practices.
