FEBA Annual Convention 2021 'For a sustainable future food system' was organized by the European Food Banks Federation (FEBA) in collaboration with Ceska Federace Potravinovych Bank and took place online on 6-7 May 2021. More than 300 participants from 39 different countries worked together for a sustainable future food system.
FEBA Annual Convention 2021 has been recognised as a United Nations Food Systems Independent Dialogue and its goal was to offer opportunities for all participants to engage directly in proposing pathways towards sustainable food systems, exploring new ways of working together and encouraging collaborative actions.

News from FEBA network:
- The Elanco Foundation and the outcomes of its support to FEBA: in 2020, the Elanco Foundation stood in support of FEBA and its network of food banks in 29 European countries, donating $150,000 to support increased need for food redistribution.
- CHEP, Dr. Oetker & Voedselbanken Nederland: a beneficial partnership for everyone: CHEP Benelux provide pallets for shipments to the food banks in the Netherlands. These free of charge pallets help Dr. Oetker deliver products to food banks every month.
- An increase in bluefin tuna recovered for feeding people in need in Sicily: the Re-fished project of Banco Alimentare of Sicily in Italy continues.
