In the first six months of its existence, the cookbook against food waste "Food with respect”, written by Selina Juul with participation of H.R.H. Princess Marie of Denmark, has already generated €4,835 (36,000 DKK) to support work of DanChurchAid. 

The cookbook helps both reduce food waste in Danish households and provide food for people in need.
