The first eUROGEN CPMS newsletter was issued in March 2019, followed by the second in June 2019 (it is planned to be issued quarterly). It was born out of an idea to summarise, in a digestible format, some of numerous communications that we have with our healthcare professionals around CPMS. It concentrates particularly on common issues and questions that we have received, which we want to share with all of our users, as well as keeping them updated on progress around fixing technical issues in CPMS. The tone of the newsletter is designed to be as supportive as possible, trying to communicate to our users that CPMS is not something to be feared, but rather embraced!

The newsletter  has different sections: “CPMS improvements” updates readers on latest developments of the IT tool implemented by DG SANTE;; “The Knowledge” focuses on one specific aspect of the CPMS user mays are not completely aware of , (“accessing CPMS on your smartphone and tablet” in the summer issue)”; “Training” focuses on tools and opportunities to improve skills for the use of the platform. Finally the “Therapy corner” is a humoristic approach to some of the technical issues that crop up whilst using the CPMS.
