UNEP Food Waste Index Report 2024 - online launch event on 27 March

The report will provide more robust global and national food waste estimates; further guidance on measurement across retail, food service, and household sectors as well as effective approaches to reducing food waste globally.

Webinar: navigating reliable diagnoses for measuring food losses in the primary sector

The meeting on 11 April will focus on the EU-funded project FOLOU's proposals for quantifying and collecting both quantitative and qualitative data in each primary sector.

The webinar on 27 March presented a case of food loss and waste analysis, amplified with a study of the behavioural causes of the issue and the assessment of climate impacts of different solution scenarios.
