The RTD QS Dashboard Team maintains in-house the Horizon Dashboards, the one-stop-shop for data and statistics on EU Research and Innovation, with internal and public versions. It comprises a team of three experts led by a team leader.

Their mission is to develop, maintain and support ongoing requirements for Dashboards on Research and Innovation Programmes based on the requirements defined by the key user- representatives.

In addition, the team also takes care of the dashboard infrastructure for both Research & Innovation and non-Research & Innovation data such as new eGRANTS Framework-programmes in addition to H2020 and FP7. It includes also the support and coaching to the user and the update of the software and the infrastructure when needed. User accesses, stream accesses and monitoring of the servers, apps and users/sessions is also part of the daily work. As you can see in the examples below, it is possible to monthly monitor several Key performance Indicators like number of Sessions or of Apps accessed, Top Apps accessed…
