Project proposals receiving the Seal of Excellence (SoE) label are those that expert evaluators evaluated positively for receiving EU funding but did not get it due to budget limitations. The SoE label should help applicants to find alternative funding while national or regional funding bodies can take advantage of the EU evaluation process to fund excellent innovative projects.
